ID Card/Customer Support Section
If you are coming to base to receive a new CAC or if you are trying to extend your certificates, please bring your laptop with you. Once you get a new card, you will need to connect your computer to the Air Force Network on base to log into it. If you do not complete this step, you will not be able to log into your system or VPN. 

As of June 2020, the following services will be offering walk-ins only:
– CACs that are expiring within the next 3 days
– CACs for new civilian hires
– DEERS benefits updates
– CAC PIV resets

Everyone including retirees and military dependents can make a CAC/ID Card appointment online using their personal computer. Click here to make an appointment. Military dependents must either have their sponsor present or the sponsor must fill out a DD Form 1172 and submit to DEERS beforehand. For more information, please visit the RAPIDS self-service site listed above. Civilian employee dependent ID cards (DBIDS cards) are no longer being issued. More information can be found by calling 801-777-6143. The military personnel section is closed on all Federal holidays and AFMC family days.
